- added versioned Provides for apache, updated Requires

- added versioned Provides for apache, updated Requires
- use /home/services scheme: added usermod call to change http home,
  updated httpd.conf and PLD patch
- added triggers for evil things done while removing obsoleted apache packages
- added webapps dir to package
- use db 4.x instead of db3 (with a little help of db4 patch)
