- added lubB19-typo patch (lubB19-* fonts were not generated because of typo)
- biznet fonts and ISO8859-2 patch are back (few fonts are still not unicode)
- added more entries to do_not_run_fccache patch
- added new ISO8859-11, ISO8859-16, Ethiopic, Syriac subpackages
