- added gtk+2-devel to BuildRequires
- remove %%{_bindir}/gconf-sanity-check-2 from %files so now GConf2 do not
  depends on gtk+2 in binatry package (it is only neccessary for test programs
  and build gconf-sanity-check-2),
- hashed db3-devel from BuildRequires because db detections is broken (seems
  GConf2 cen be builded without this and probably it will be good build also
  in future GConf2 without bdb backend)
- added NO_MAJOR_VERSION patch with smarter distinguising paths between GConf1
  and GConf2.
