- SDL core is modular now - so added as subpackage
- libtool's fast-install must be enabled (libtool doesn't support relinking of
  executables into DESTDIR, which causes linking of tools with old version of
  library installed in system); also, I can't see any reason for not using
  fast-install
- *.la for modules could only be useful for static linking - moved to -static
