- added patches from debian:
	- use sane defaults for pam_limits
	- remove limits for root
	- s/pwdb/unix/ in docs
	- write info to syslog that user changed password (pam_unix)
	- check for NULL and 0 reads in unix_chkpwdb
	- add ifdef __cplusplus in headers
- work around b0rken glibc interaction with syslog (use closelog before openlog)
