- let kernel maintain if ARP should be turned on/off
  if not explicitly specified (baggins)
- fixed regexp in DEVICETYPE detection (baggins)
- HANDLING cannot be 'typeset' it's mot local (qboosh)
- typo in ifup-ppp (qboosh)
- fix for modular LVM (baggins)
- comment out all IPv6 stuff by default in sysctl.conf (baggins)
- proper (shell dependant) ulimit use (baggins)
