- new {un}registering procedure for info pages with using
  /usr/sbin/fix-info-dir,
- standarization to "* text: (link).  description" index info entries
  format,
- mailn reorganization subpackages set:
-- added profile subpackage with static lib_p.a libraries neccessary for
   gperf,
-- added localedb-src witch separated locale source code (which is not alway
   neccessary),
-- added iconv subpackage with iconv program and modules for them.
