- proper gcc/include caption is now in gcc/install-tools/tools, modulo few
  files/directories -- use this fact to avoid lising all includes in files
  (i'm not quite sure about this hack though)
- include *.la files for lib-org-*
- maybe it would be good to use gccdir= variable throughout the install
  section to make it shorter and more readable?
