- much simpler amd64 build (without 32-bit libs)
- simple patch (%{name}-soinit-EH_FRAME.patch) to properly build for amd64
- base glibc package splitted into glibc and glibc-misc
- should work without problems on non-amd64 archs but I will test this in a moment
