- removed obsolete patches:
  pipe - seems fixed in slightly other way
  namecache - obsolete since 1.12.lfs.3 (1.13 rel) (sic!)
  error and ac25x - obsolete now
- added locale patch (setlocale was not detected and thus not used)
- release 0.2 (for testing)
