Platform subpackages renamed and Required

– R: grub2-platform = %{version}-%{release} in the main package
- P: grub2-platform in the platform subpackages
– platform subpackages renamed to grub2-platform-*
- platform subpackages do not require grub2 now:
  – dependency loop broken
  – they are usable without the grub – e.g. for a machine serving
    these files for a remote bootloager
