- updated to 3.23.25-beta
  3.23.x series is still beta, so branch is cretated.
  Compiled without Berkeley DB backend, it's really unstable yet.
  TODO:
  - adapt gethostbyname_r_is_in_libc_aka_no_libnsl patch
  - remove ELFs processing for perl provides/requires in perl.{req,prov}
