split main package into common,cli,daemon,utils

- cli -- self contained bt client with terminal output
- daemon -- self contained bt client running in background
- all clients (including gui) may expose web interface packaged in
  -common
- utils -- small utils for creating/showing torrents or connecting to
  rpc interface exposed by one of implementations
