- file R: libmagic
- added magic-path patch to fix paths, updated paths in spec - file works now
  (magic files were installed in /usr/share/misc, but file searched
  /usr/share/misc/file and current directory)
- WARNING: file(1) is critical command for building RPM packages, so take
  a lot of care to not break it!
- release 2 - rebuild using non-broken file (i.e. 3.x not 4.00-1)
