- removed obsolete am_fix patch (sgi magic file has been fixed)

- removed obsolete am_fix patch (sgi magic file has been fixed)
- removed some junk from debian patch (chages in autogenerated files, debian
  rules etc. - except their changelog) and information that this package
  comes from Debian...
- install local magic file (supported by debian patch)
